This unknown Eugenia comes from Belmonte in Bahia Brasilien.
In Belmonte there used to be many cocoa barons and the community is about the size of the island of Mauritius.
In addition to the beautiful beaches on the Atlantic, there are also areas of the Mata Atlantica. And this Eugenia was discovered in this area.
The fruits are small but taste very good.
They are very sweet and juicy and can be eaten straight from the hand or processed further.
The tree stays rather small and is therefore well suited to being kept in a pot.
Please overwinter this Eugenis at a temperature of at least 10 degrees.



Diese unbekannte Eugenia stammt aus Belmonte in Bahis Brasilien.
In Belmonte gab es früher viele Kakao-Barone und die Gemeinde ist ungefähr so groß wie die Insel Mauritius.
Neben den schönen Stränden am Atlantik gibt es dort auch noch Gebiete des Mata Atlantica. Und in diesem Gebiet wurde diese Eugenia entdeckt.
Die Früchte sind klein, schmecken aber sehr gut. 
Sie sind sehr süß und saftig und können direkt aus der Hand gegessen werden oder weiterverarbeitet werden.
Der Baum bleibt eher klein und ist daher gut für eine Kübelhaltung geeignet.
Bitte diese Eugenis bei mindestens 10 Grad überwintern.
