This year, this Eugenia was also discovered on the Maruim River in the UNA National Park in Bahia, Brazil.
The UNA National Park is around 19,000 hectares in size and is located in the municipality of the same name in the south of Bahia.
What hardly anyone knows: this national park has the greatest plant biodiversity in the world!
But now to the new Eugenia:
Look at the size of the fruits. They are between 4 and 5 cm in size. That is a really decent size.
The fruits ripen from yellow to reddish purple and have a good taste.
Sweet with a pleasant acidity.
This tree gets beautiful leaves that are around 9 cm long.
The seeds are absolutely fresh.
Please overwinter this Eugenia at at least 10 degrees.



In diesem Jahr wurde auch diese Eugenia am Fluß Maruim im UNA Nationalpark in Bahia Brasilien entdeckt.
Der UNA Nationalpark ist ca. 19.000 Hektar groß und liegt in der gleichnamigen Gemeinde im Süden von Bahia.
Was kaum jemand weiß: dieser Nationalpark hat die größte pflanzliche Artenvielfalt der Welt!
Doch jetzt zu der neuen Eugenia:
Schaut euch die Größe der Frücht an. Sie sind zwischen 4 und 5cm groß. Das ist eine wirklich ordentliche Größe.
Die Früchte reifen von gelb nach rötlich violett und haben einen guten Geschmack.
Süße mit angenehmer Säure.
Dieser Baum bekommt wunderschöne ca. 9cm lange Blätter. 
Die Samen sind absolut frisch.
Bitte diese Eugenia bei mindestens 10 Grad überwintern.
