This Chrysophyllum comes from Colombia and grows into a medium-sized tree.
The leaves are impressive, as with many Chrysophyllum species.
The fruits grow up to 3cm and have a very good, sweet taste.
They each contain one seed and the shell can be eaten.
This tree grows very quickly and flowers in its location after just 3 years.
Please overwinter at a minimum of 15 degrees.
