This great Annona comes from the Amazon in Peru.
We know cherimoya, cinnamon apple, soursop and a few other Annonas.
The Annona papilionella offered here can only be found deep in the Amazon.

The fruits are smaller than cherimoya and taste delicious.
The flesh is very tender, buttery and sweet and is reminiscent of passion fruit.
Please overwinter this Annona at a minimum of 10 degrees.
